Where do you train clients?
At your home, your gym, or my space in Columbia, SC. I work the Columbia and Lake Murray area, and I bring the structure with me — the planning, the programming, the follow-through. Twenty-five years in. No cookie-cutter.
What does training cost?
1-on-1 sessions are $80 each. 8-pack: $600. 12-pack: $840. Nutrition coaching is a separate service — $150 setup, $100/month after. Remote training runs $200, $300, or $400 a month, depending on tier — every tier delivers 16 customized workouts (4x per week). Corrective and rehab is priced by case. First consult is always free.
Do you train clients remotely?
Yes. Three remote tiers, every one delivering 16 personalized workouts per month at 4x per week. Programmed for YOU — not the algorithm, not the trend. Adjustments come from how your body responds in real time.
Do you do nutrition coaching?
Yes — and I run it as its own service. $150 to set up, $100 per month after. That covers your protocol, check-ins, follow-through.
